Most practices believe they are providing excellent patient care but at times wonder if they could perhaps improve operations.  Before improvements can be implemented, the present status of operations needs to be evaluated. Optomize provides comprehensive on-site assessments of operations.  

During the 3-4 day site visit, our consultants will collect general and financial information and review front office, business office, and clinic procedures including human resources, patient flow, and billing and collections.  Following the site visit, a detailed report will be provided to the owners with recommendations and implementation task lists.
